Rosie's a funny cat. She keeps us quite entertained with her antics. She loves to smell the flowers (even though they're fake) and she really loves to sit in boxes, washing baskets, anything really.

Hi, my name is Carol Karl. I live in little old New Zealand. My family and I strive to live the most ‘real’ life we can – by that I mean that we eat real food, we live real lives and just generally be our most authentic selves. We choose a keto (low carb) lifestyle and I create and share lots of yummy recipes because I love to cook and share my food with anyone who will eat it. We are in the process of renovating a 1970s Lockwood home and we are sharing our experiences and discoveries along the way.
