I’m not really a breakfast person – not because I’m not hungry at breakfast time, because I really don’t much like breakfast food. Gluten free breakfasts are even harder.

Who doesn't love pancakes? That's one of the things I missed the most when I had to stop eating wheat so I quickly developed a recipe so I didn't have to miss out any more.

Who doesn’t love pizza? I know we do but we don't love the high carbs that come with it. Have a slice of Keto friendliness.

This recipe is just like the traditional Louise Cake - crumbly and sweet and ever so tempting. I must admit that I used a little more jam than I have put here, simply because I love jam - I also warmed it in the microwave slightly so that I could spread it evenly.

This is one of my favourite all time gluten free recipes for several reasons - first I love English Muffins and second - the dough is just like ordinary non-gluten free dough, meaning you can knead it.

This is the one everyone's been waiting for ... Lemon Cupcakes with Chocolate Icing. This is an all-in-one recipe which means everything goes in together at the same time - it's easy! These cupcakes are fantastic the day you make them but as with most gluten free baking, they get stale quite quickly so I usually ice them and then put them directly into the freezer.

When I think of steamed pudding I think of cold winter days or Christmas and lots of heavy fruit. This steamed pudding is much lighter than a traditional steamed pudding and incredibly yummy.

This recipe is a gluten free adaptation of the chocolate cake my mother made when I was a child. I have seen her make it in a roasting dish, quadrupling the recipe and it disappear in less time than it took to make. It's great because it's egg free and can be made dairy free as well.

This recipe is for a basic loaf of bread. It can be used for sandwiches but it's best eaten the day you make it. For some reason, this bread was way better made in New Zealand than in Canada - it could be the difference in altitude, it could be that the ingredients are slightly different - who knows. Anyway, if you make it, I'd love to hear how it turns out for you.
